Our Healthy Agers group is back this autumn with a great mix of fitness and wellness activities at Liscannor Community Centre. Whether you want to keep active, improve your wellbeing, or just enjoy some friendly company, there’s something for everyone.

Fitness & Wellness:

Tai Chi – Wednesdays, 10:00–11:00

Chair Yoga – Saturdays, 11:00–11:45

Movement for Men – Wednesdays, 15th & 29th October, 3:30pm

Wellness Talks:

Brain Health – Thursday, 16th October, 11:00

Finding Joy – Thursday, 30th October, 11:00
